- May 06, 2009 at 8:30am for Asia Music Centre (AMC) members
- May 07, 2009 at 8:30am for official pre-sale till May 10 , 2009 at 12:00pm
-You can transfer the money till May 11,2009 (at 12:00pm)

This pre-sale is different than any other time because you can select the ZONE but if the ZONE you select is full, our system will notify you that. Then you just select the new zone. If you’d like to take a risk for the quota in the same zone, you can go back and select that zone again within 24 hour because you still got a chance for those who booked it 1st but didn’t transfer the money on time.

Please transfer the money after you book the seat with pingbook as soon as possible (within 24 hours) otherwise the system will delete your reservation. And if your reservation is deleted, of course you gotta make a new reservation again and the good chance of getting the same zone you select would be very LOW!

For those who ask your friends/your mom/your family to transfer the money for you, please send us the notification (the reciept) within 24 hours.

FAQ (Q & A)

Q: tranfer money to what bank?
A: SCB Bank can also tranfer to an Online Banking, ATM, and counterbank incase of tranfering money by counterbank you have to tell us about the amout of cent Baht that we required (The system will culculate you the amout and you just transfer the money exactly like what it’s showing on the system - - including Thai cent baht)

Q: you can order one ticket per time right?
A: yes but if you are a member of AMC no matter how much you order the system will only let you order 4 tickets per time snd if you want to go both day you have to order two times

Q: if the green zone are not gone yet Pingbook will open that zone for sale right?
A: yes This time we open for presales 70% of all the tickets that we have (starting May, 7)

Q: For the member of AMC you have to put your name the same as when you register?
A: yes and this person have to come and get the ticket but if you can’t come you have to give your authority to your friends or family members which we also will tell on the order page

Q: For the seat it depends on when we order or when we transfer money?
A: For the seat we will set it when you order the ticket (make the reservation of the site) and for transfering money you have to do it in an hours of 24 after you ordered your ticket

Q: You can order one zone/day per time right?
A: yes, in this case if you want to watch ,more than 1 zone/day you can deffinitely order more in zone/day that you want

Q: for the name of your trasfering slip have to be the same as when you order?
A: that doesn’t matter

Q: This time open for people to order on May 7 2009 how many tickets that you have?
A: 70% of all zones and all hall

Q: For the seat how did you plan to organize our seat?
A: Your seat will be in order of how you click in our site for the reservation but you have to notify your trasfer slip to us in 24 hours after you ordered your tickets

Q: Members of AMC can order only 4 tickets per time right?
A: yes, it doesn’t matter if you order 4 times each 1 per time or 4 per time the system will automatically narrow it down to only 4 seats/day

Q: If that can you open site in to two separate page and order?
A: yes you can but the system will not allow you to double order so please wait

Q: if order 2 times you have to trasfer money 2 times too right?
A: you have to trasfer your money in a correct amount of the code from the order

Q: For other people to order(not a member of AMC) how many seat can they get?
A: you can order 10 tickets per one time

Q: when will we know where our seats are?
A: when you get your ticket

Q: if we didn’t transfer money 24 hours after our order what are we going to do?
A: 1) give back your money (after May 11 2009) or
2) pick a new zone and sent the new code with the same amount of money that you trasfered before

Q: about that 30 bath? for what?
A: for the fee 20 bath and for our action 10 bath

Q: are you accepting credit cards?
A: No, we will only accept the trasfered money by Online Banking, ATM, amf Counterbank

Q: If we trasfer money by Online Banking but it didn’t show time what are we going to do?
A: after trasfered your money click the link that says Statement Today on that page it will tell you the time

Q: How are we going to know that the site will open at 8.30 and can we order before that?
A: The site will use International standards time and you can check for the time at 181 and you cn NOT order before that time the system already protected

A: YES

Q: how to pick up your ticket?
A: For the people who presaled the ticket will pick up your ticket on June 6-7 2009 and June 13-14 2009 at Asia Music Studio 11.00-16.00 pm amd for the people that we have to sent your ticket and you sent someone to pick it up you have to make a photo copy of your ID Card and sign that this is the right person/your trasfer slip/ and your code from the day that you order for picking your ticket up
