[TRANS] 091003 TVXQ's Impressive Fans! Performances By All 5 Erase Rumours Of Disbandment - Shanghai

On 2009.10.02, TVXQ, South Korea's 5-member vocal group, held their concert "TVXQ THE THIRD ASIA TOUR CONCERT - MIROTIC" in Shanghai's Hongkou Football Stadium. Reported on the 3rd by the Shanghai Paper and the Dong Fang Daily.

On that day, in the areas surrounding the venue, there were many vendors selling TVXQ goods, and with so many fans swarming there, there was a temporary congestion. Within the arena, it was filled with the red pen lights of the audience, and when the red pen lights moved in tandem with the songs, it was a spectacular sight. Also, when it came to the members' solos, the lights would change into different colours that represent the members when they appeared one by one, for example, green and purple, and the entire venue was surrounded by a fantastical atmosphere.

In Chinese, Yunho shouted "Happy Mid-Autumn Festival!" and Jejung looked into the screen and asked "Did you miss me?" and drew roaring cheers from the fans. When the concert started, they were shouting "Don't stop! Don't disband!", and at the end of the concert the audiences held up banners that had "I believe (midoyo)" in Korean written on them, and the fans were an impressive sight as they kept on chanting "Midoyo" right till the end.

[TRANS] 090901 TVXQ "Wishes For All 5 Members To Attend The End-of-year Music Programmes"

This is just soooo nice to hear.^_^
Hwaiting TVXQ!
--------------------
The male group TVXQ has no intention to disband despite the fact that some of their members are in a dispute with their management company. This was reported in the Japanese paper Goodday Sports on the 31st August, when they had an interview with TVXQ after their participation in the "a-nation" concert in Osaka.

During the interview, the leader U-know Yunho expressed his wish that "all 5 members can attend the end of the year music programmes", and there were no signs of any intention to disband. The report said that "TVXQ promised to return with all 5 members, and Xiah Junsu said 'Following this all 5 members will continue to do activities together, and we want to grow with our fans'; and rejected the rumours of disbandment.

Hero Jaejoong, expressed through the interview that he wished to "quickly participate in next year's a-nation and wanted to show everyone the image of all 5 members on stage having the best time", and Micky Yoochun said that "in future, we wish to perform more songs for everyone". These statements were noticed in particular as both members are involved in the dispute with the company.

Although they are currently in a dispute with their company, TVXQ's Japanese activities are still being continued. They participated in the a-nation concerts that were organised by their Japanese management company. Hero Jaejoong and Micky Yoochun will be releasing a new single on the 30th of this month, as the duet 'JEJUNG & YUCHUN". Besides this, TVXQ returned to Korea on the morning of 31st August, and they have no schedules planned in the near future. However, their concert in Shanghai, China, to be held on 2nd October, will carry on as promised previously.

[Trans] 090831 a-nation in Osaka: The Worry About "TVXQ's Disbandment"Was Swept Away!

a-nation in Osaka (30th of August at the Osaka Nagai Stadium)

When the audience was looking at the screen onstage, the countdown reached 0. They started to wave THSK's green towel and the whole stadium was suddenly filled with green! The audiences whose seats were nearer to the stage were suddenly yelling loudly for THSK.
This time, THSK performed "Doushi.te" and seven other songs that were on the Oricon Charts. They used all their effort in singing each song live and they wowed everyone with their powerful dance moves. They not only captivated the ladies, but also the men who were watching.
Leader Yunho actually sprained his ankle one week ago. After some needle therapy (acupuncture, perhaps?), he insited on going up the stage to give everyone the best performance and powerful dance moves. He was such a great role model that the other four members were doing even better. This attracted the audience even more!

they've considered introducing TVXQ into Hollywood??!!
hope it will end fairly ^^
-Always Keep The Faith~
------------------------------------------------

TVXQ and SM Entertainment (SME), who are currently in a dispute over TVXQ's exclusive contract, have both stated that they do not wish for a disbandment of the group.

The first hearing for the lawsuit TVXQ's YoungWoong Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun, and Xiah Junsu filed against SM began on the 21st at 10:20 am.

At this hearing, SME's representative lawyer said, "We hope that through this trial, any misunderstandings that have arisen between SME and the three members will be taken care of so that the two sides can have a better relationship and mature as a star who will lead the 2nd Hallyu Wave and his companion," and "SME has unlimited affection for the three members, and SME has big visions for TVXQ, they've even considered introducing TVXQ into Hollywood so we hope this ends well."

The three members' lawyer said, "If you look at Shinhwa, although each member is in a different agency, they still perform as one group and the three members, even if they move agencies, do not wish to disband."

The three members of TVXQ filed for an Exclusive Contract Validity Suspension and Provisional Disposition Request against their agency SM Entertainment on July 31st. They also filed for a Preservation of Evidence Request to be able to calculate their exact income.

The three members asked for a suspension of their contract due to unlawful clauses but SME stated that the three members were filing this lawsuit due to a conflict because of their cosmetic company; both sides refused to back down from their statements. Leader U-Know Yunho and youngest member Choikang Changmin did not participate in this lawsuit.

But both sides agreed that they did not want a disbandment to occur. A lot of attention is being focused on this trial from the entertainment business and fans.

On the 20th, 120,000 TVXQ fans submitted 12 volumes worth of petitions to the Seoul District Courts, where the lawsuit is being dealt with, stating their objection against SM Entertainment's unlawful contract.
