Comedian Heo Anna revealed that she was once in a situation where she somehow managed to have a phone conversation with TVXQ's Xiah Junsu.

In an interview with Donga.com, Heo Anna, who is garnering attention for her realistic drunk act in the 'The World Makes Me Sad (Drunk)' of KBS' 'Gag Concert', said, "My concept is a drunkard who follows male celebrities around. A group of young supporters, followers of Kpop, dance together to music that is raging in the distant continent,
a hobby that even drew the attention of South Korean television.

They dance, sing and some of them even learn Korean. These are some of the activities of Chilean fans of k-pop,
music that is fashionable in Asia and which each day calls the attention of more Chilean adolescents.

Youth ranging from 15 to 18, meet every week at the Discoteque Alpha Lo Prado to dress,
sing and move at the pace of the lyrics they themselves are responsible for translating
and that to many it even lead to learning the Korean language.

Arlette Ramirez, one of the representatives of the group TVXQ! Chile, said that the interest came from Japanese anime
and from there, looking for information about groups on the Internet,
they began to come together to talk about their taste for Korean music in a forum created especially for it

Groups like Big Bang, Rain, Changmin or Jewelry are most likely to sound totally unknown to the common public,

■First to break Elton John's record in 12 years and 4 months

Korean 5-member group Tohoshinki have made the record as the highest selling artist for foreign artists in the initial sales for singles category. Their 29th single 「BREAK OUT！」was released on 27 January and became first on the 8 February Oricon Singles Ranking Chart.

For the initial sales record for foreign artists, up until now, it had been held by Elton John's "Memorial Song for the former British Princess Diana", 「Candle In The Wind〜Tribute To Princess Diana, Britain's Princess」(released September 1997), which sold 184,000 copies. In this area, Tohoshinki broke this record which lasted for 12 years and 4 months, by selling 254,000 copies of their single, becoming the first foreign artist in history to pass the 200,000 mark in initial sales.

In addition to becoming first place for foreign artists in initial sales, this will also be Tohoshinki's 7th work to add on to their list of achievements for getting a #1 single, making this a double achievement for them.

Their first single in 2010 is also the theme song for NHK Drama 8's 『とめはねっ！鈴里高校書道部』. The B-side to this song is the solo number 「XIAHTIC」which was written, composed and arranged by Junsu.

TVXQ has been chosen by viewers of a famous American talk show as 'the foreign artiste who should be introduced to Ellen'.

In the 'Send Ellen Your International Music Suggestions!' event that began on NBC's 'Ellen Degeners Show' homepage in January, TVXQ received over 20,000 suggestions and was recorded as the artiste most suggested by netizens. This was achieved by a collaborative effort of fans in Korea as well as in Asia.

Many of the suggestions included the popularity of TVXQ/Tohoshinki in Japan and in Asia in general. This seems to be the work of fans across Asia coming together for a common cause.

With TVXQ being chosen as the singer with the most suggestions, many wonder if TVXQ will appear on the 'Ellen Degeneres Show'. The 'Ellen Degeneres Show' is a representative talk show in America alongside 'The Oprah Winfrey Show' and is popular with around 10 million households tuning in. Even just appearing on the show will be a strong foundation for an entry into the American music market for TVXQ. The Ellen Degeneres Show homepage did state that the singer with the most suggestions may be asked to appear on the show.

Regarding this, TVXQ's agency SM Entertainment stated, "We did hear about this but we have not yet received an official invitation." He also continued to say, "Currently, TVXQ is split between U-Know Yunho-Choikang Changmin, and Xiah Junsu-YoungWoong Jaejoong-Micky Yoochun. In the February 23rd edition of SPUR, there will be a photoshoot and interview with TVXQ's youngest member, Changmin. He stands at 186cm stall, and has gotten slimmer these days. He has gotten more mature recently and the stylists put together clothes of styles that are in fashion these days from COMME des GARCONS. After the photoshoot began, what surprised me was that when he was wearing a suit, he was able to fully showcase his versatile facial expressions and poses that were as good as, no, better than those of a model. With the best smile in the world and a shy expression that had traces of his childhood, he had a mature look in his eyes when wearing the suits and his overflowing charm made the staff forget what they were doing and say "Changmin, you are so handsome." Because the photoshoot went so smoothly, he finished earlier than expected. (That doesn't happen that often)

After the photoshoot, Changmin said, "It was fun to wear different styles of suits."

He was polite and well mannered during the interview.
The magazine will be released on February 23rd, please anticipate it.

TVXQ member Junsu played the lead role in the musical「Mozart!」and had his first performance on 20 January 2010 at Sejong Center in Seoul. The tickets are already sold out, and a lot of fans from Japan will be going to watch it. The performances will last until 21 February.
This is an Austrian musical that is being performed in Korea for the first time, and it is a piece of work that portrays the life struggles of the talented genius, Mozart. Various musical genres like classical, rock and jazz are incorporated, and it became a hot topic due to the innovative design. They were given permission to run the musical, and this is a special production as it is one of the most historical and prestigious works from the Theater Association of Austria.

The Seoul newspapers printed articles about Junsu’s performance with a picture of him in dreads and jeans. They wrote that, “Junsu was overflowing with youthful ambition and energy. This musical is his first, and his performance was a full house with tickets all sold out, and the fans watched his stage with intense interest.”
In Korea, such comments could be seen on the Internet:

Mozart is a musical genius with a strong sense of freedom. Such a Mozart is a great match with Junsu’s voice.
Junsu’s musical debut is a historical moment, and I’m glad I could witness it.
I was surprised that the other TVXQ members came to the performance.
His acting was also wonderful.
There were also comments like, “There are similarities between Mozart and Junsu’s characters. Also, the story and the significance of the struggle that the genius had to go through, also seem to be similar to TVXQ’s current situation.”
After the first performance ended, the venue became like a concert hall, with cheers and standing ovations for the musical. For the fans that have been worried about TVXQ’s possible disbandment, this is one of the few good news that they’ve had in awhile.

Korean idol group TOHOSHINKI graces the March cover of JJ [JJ]

TOHOSHINKI is still insanely popular in Japan. The March issue of women's fashion magazine "JJ", which featured the boy band on the cover, sold out in just two days of going on sale January 23. This is the first time that a male group appeared on the cover of "JJ", a magazine which celebrates its 35th anniversary this year. "Starting last March, we ran a special feature section on TOHOSHINKI for three months and it was a huge sensation," a source at "JJ" explained. "Our theme for the cover is 'surprise' and we wanted to prepare a surprise present for TOHOSHINKI fans, so we have been asking TOHOSHINKI [to shoot the cover] since last summer and they had finally said yes this time." The people at "JJ" explained that since the photo shoot and interview were conducted in late December, the members were running on busy schedules -- with their upcoming appearances on NHK TV's "Red and White Song Battle" and Japan Record Awards -- but they were so committed that they ended up working overtime and the atmosphere on the set was warm and friendly throughout. The TOHOSHINKI "Valentine's Day Special" feature includes an eight-page photo spread, a 100-question survey which reveals the personal lives of the five members and a chance to win an autographed picture of the pop idols.

The explosively popular issue of "JJ" then started selling at online website Auction with a bidding price of JPY 5,000 yen, which is several times the original sale price (JPY 650 yen). Numerous fan sites heated up with fans' complaints such as "I want to buy the magazine but no one is selling", "I realized once again how popular TVXQ is. I knew it was hard to buy their concert ticket but did not know it would be just as hard getting a magazine." Eventually on January 25, "JJ" decided to reprint its March issue and distribute the reprinted magazines to bookstores around the country starting January 29.

TOHOSHINKI had another reason to celebrate: their new single "BREAK OUT!", released January 27, reached No. 1 on Oricon's singles chart. The 29th single has been chosen as the theme song to NHK drama "Tomehane! Suzuri Koko Shodobu", which premiered on January 7 and airs every Thursday at 8 p.m. The single sold 169,842 copies on the day of its release, outselling No. 2 single L'Arc-en-Ciel's "BLESS" (which sold 33,051 copies) by a mile. "BREAK OUT!" also topped Oricon's survey for "The Most Anticipated New Single Album" on January 22, a day before its release. With the upcoming release of their first best album "BEST SELECTION 2010" set for February 17, it will be interesting to see if TVXQ continues their sell-out run.

We are in front of SM Entertainment. First off, SME has produced many of Korea's top stars, and amongst these, of course, are Dong Bang Shin Ki, Tohoshinki.

At the closing of 2009, there have been many Japanese shows with the five of them together, putting the fans at ease for bit. Unfortunately, it is near impossible to see the five together here in Korea.
Yunho and Changmin have stayed in SME while the other three have already started their solo activities in Korea. Last month they attended the MAMA Award Show under the name of Dong Bang Shin Ki and other of their activites have been coming along. Of course, it is present that all five of them are need to show Dong Bang Shin Ki's charm. So today, we have put together videos of Dong Bang Shin Ki that only MNet has for everyone to watch. First of all, today's guest, who will analyze Dong Bang Shin Ki with me today, a professional; someone who, in Korea, can be said as a person you can't not know, is very active in the entertainment business; Mr.XXX, music critic. Mr. XXX, how are you?
Sensei: Hello.

Host: Sensei is recognized as Korea's XXX (talks about who he is and how he's very famous etc, etc.) You seem to be very busy, usually you have at least 10 programs to record?
Sensei: Usually it's around 10, when it's busy, it can get to 13. (famous and busy, indeed.)

Host: 13! How does that schedule work?! Ah, so then, how does your path cross with Dong Bang Shin Ki? Is there anything special?

Sensei: First of all, Dong Bang Shin Ki appeared on stage in 2004 (it's 2003 !!) and after that, they have been acquiring many awards. I have been the award presentor twice for them. Also, last year in 2008, when Dong Bang Shin Ki's fourth ablum, MIROTIC, was banned for teens under the age of 18, I was part of that committee who made the decision.

Host: That topic was quite big.

Sensei: It was a very big topic. I was one of those who didn't agree with the ban. It was too harsh, and the standards for teens today is much different than it was years ago. The times have changed, and so because of this, I quit the committee. This is the relations I have with Dong Bang Shin Ki.

Host: MIROTIC were a hit in sales in both Japan and Korea. Having it be a hit must have its reasons, so let's move on the topics regarding Dong Bang Shin Ki, something that only sensei can tell us. Our first section; please view the VTR.

Voice: Asia's Star, Asia's first star, Dong Bang Shin Ki; from the day they appeared to the present time, let us take a journey back.

2004, first single, HUG. At that time, they were newcomers, but their stage presence and charisma were already at the top level. Already creating many talks for their first single, their second single, The Way You Are, coupled with wonderful voices and dances, became Asia's Star. With their first album, swept the awards at MKMF and appeared on stage as the star, Dong Bang Shin Ki.

[NEWS] 091206 3 TVXQ Members: ‘Gathering 6,000 Fans for a Fanmeeting"

Korea University, Hwajeong Gymnasium, Free Charity Fanmeeting

The 3 TVXQ members in legal dispute is having their solo activities in Korea by holding a surprise charity fanmeeting.

This is the first fanmeeting held by the 3 members who in last July submitted provisional disposition application against the exclusive contract effect to their label, SM Entertainment therefore the event is gathering a lot of attention. Junsu, Yoochun, and Jaejoong on the coming 12th at 5:00 p.m at Hwajeong Gymnasium in Korea University, Seoul will have this individual activity and about 6,000 TVXQ fans are able to attend the fanmeeting.

At Yes24, the subject of the event is entitled as “Smile Again” under the name of three members and the fanmeeting also carries the nature as charity event. At the venue entrance, there will be a fundraising to collect voluntary donations from visitors to help the needy children. The three members in participation is planning to deliver the full amount gathered from this fanmeeting to the UNICEF.

It’s been confirmed that TVXQ songs as a group will not be used in this event. The representativeness of the three members in last November ‘2009 MAMA’ had raised a sensitive conflict and a rule about partial representative is being interpreted. The name of TVXQ can only be used when the 5 members are together, and if only three members being active in representing TVXQ, then the remaining two members are able to make complain.

Therefore, there’s a specific information being announced that during the event, TVXQ’s song won’t be sung, and the charity event title will not mention the name of TVXQ. The event is planned to have 1 hour talk show with the fans, and is going to be filled with Christmas Carol.

The official from the event said, “The date and location are already confirmed, but the time and information is still tentative. After the three members finish their schedule in Japan and arrive back to Korea, then we’ll start to coordinate the specific details.”

The advance ticket sales of ‘Smile Again’ will start via the official website Yes24 starting December 8th at 8 pm, the ticket is free, and one person can only get one ticket.

Ah, as for the academic level and occupation, I didn't get a chance to show that before I closed the browser... but from what I remember it should be elemenary > high school > univeristy for the academic levels (there are a lot to choose but any one of them works the same). For the Occupation tab, if you're a student, look for 핰상 if you're a student LOL (I'm pretty sure I typed that correctly)

- note: please remeber that your NAME should be CAPATALIZED or else it won't work. Your nickname can be in lowercase. In Korea, the media reports their viewpoint that five members of TVXQ
to perform together in year 2009 will be difficult.
They also report that TVXQ's future activities in Korea in early 2010 to be unclear.
TVXQ's Concert in China which was planned on November 21st, 2009 has been canceled.

Recently during a press conference, SM has requested the three members to come to a decision by the 12th. On the 12th, SM Entertainment and the three members of TVXQ did not release any statements; both are still not giving in to the other party. We’re afraid that we cannot anticipate SM Entertainment and the three reconciling.

Regarding the stand of the three members, their representative lawyer from the Sejong Law Firm stated, "Other than those that had already been said, there are no other new updates.” SM Entertainment also said on this day, "We have not received the reply of the three members, meaning that they are not yet ready to officially make a stand."

In the end, there was still no decision made on the 12th and TVXQ's activities may now have problems. In this situation, fans hope that TVXQ can be reunited. The fans said, “We hope that both parties can give in a little, so that we can once again see the future of TVXQ." This morning we received news about the cancellation of the Shenzhen concert. Considering the court dispute at the moment, this wasn't a decision not thought of.

We cannot say "everyone please calm down, please don't say anything bad", because that isn't facing the truth. However, we hope no one says anything that would hurt the members of TVXQ, doing something that shows you don't understand the five members. The people we love, they did not do anything wrong. I hope everyone sees and clearly understands this point.

The Shenzhen concert was decided upon by SME and the organiser after the three members proposed the lawsuit. If everything was normal, activities organised for the artist by the company acceptable, but no matter when, it needs to respect the artists wills and thoughts. Artists are not tools, they are human too. SME had secretly accepted the offer of overseas activities without discussing the details with the five members, this action is not respectful to the five members of TVXQ.

At the same time, because of the decision between SME and the Chinese concert organiser, it has led to losses for the fans, and this is not forgivable. Because of SME's own decision that led to economic and psychological losses of Chinese and overseas fans, we should receive a proper explanation and compensation.

Since the start of the lawsuit, SME had pushed all the blame upon the members, using unrelated topics to cover the real problem, making all of TVXQ's fans feel very disappointed and angry. Being Korea's top agency, not respecting group members, ignoring fans reasonable requests, and during the lawsuit which started as a simple issue that could of ended well, but didn't because of the various disruptions and accusations created against the three members. This issue not only led to the five members of TVXQ go under stress and pain, but it also led fans to fall into despair, to the point where the fans split. Actions like these 令人不齿.

For this times Shenzhen concert, SME again pushes the blame towards the members, making us fans feel very disappointed and angry, we do not hold anymore trust or hope towards SME. It is not the members fault, yet they have them to shoulder the responsibility, letting them face criticisms, this is what the company that brought them up do. This is unacceptable.

We cannot represent everyone, but representing all the fans supportive of TVXQ from Baidu, we cannot forgive SME's continual injuries and stress given to the three members. The cancellation of the Shenzhen concert is all because of SME's contract signed with the organiser, without consulting the members, it has no relation to any of the TVXQ members. SME, please stop bringing out all these rumours, which end up hurting the members and splitting the fans.

On another note, we feel dissatisfied with the Chinese organiser of the Shenzhen concert due to their signed documents lying to the fans. Even if we understand that the project needs to have communication with SME, but to make an irresponsible promise with the fans, they too have an undeniable responsibility.

〓Words to everyone〓

First of all, what we want to say most to everyone is - please understand our boys. Following them for nearly six years, we have seen them fulfill their promises bit by bit, watching them carry through with the stress and exhaustion at 1002 in Shanghai moved us, seeing them work so hard up till now, working their best till now. If you truly love them, then you cannot ignore their pure feelings towards their fans. The five members treasure their fans a lot, and this doesn't need to be judged by others, but it is to be embedded deep in our own hearts.

Therefore, please do not say anything that will hurt them, don't say anything about not understanding them. Their intention, their pressure, their pains, only we understand the best.

We don't hope to see any fans of one member give stress to the other members at this time, we hope even more so to not see fans hurting each other. That would be a very immature attitude to have at this time. It is not any of the members wrong, so please do not bother them, don't let them feel wronged. Everyone please, no matter if you're a fan of the group or just one member, look at the result of truth and false being mixed together, don't hide away because you'll get hurt, because it's hurting your own family, hurting the members of TVXQ.

On the topic of the Shenzhen concert, our boys have taken in a lot of fault, and in this situation with the court case not being solved, SM has continuously given pressure to the members, hurting them and splitting the fans. If you force them to Shenzhen, then who would be happy? Seeing them smile to us with that exhaustion, will we feel happy? The amount of pressure they take up, is unimaginable by us. The five now are under a lot of hardship, yet they haven't given up, they keep on persisting, and it's because of the four words "TVXQ". If you see this, if you truly love them or just one, if you see someone you love and see them being hurt in silence, they rather stand in between the speculations and the low people, you will not not understand, what they do that for. So under these circumstances, please stand together with them, everyone please give them all your love and support. Us, that's all we've been doing since.

I believe that many of the bars(on baidu) have seen our drafts for support for the Shenzhen concert, the bar has worked very hard for this. Cheering items have been made, backstage and basic items have also been purchased. Under this situation, to us, it's also a really great hit. But right now, we must stay strong to protect our boys, and not let the innocent be harmed by rumours, this is both unfair to them and us.

This time the bar has decided on the main theme to be "Stand By You", no matter if the concert is opening or not, please come with us to fulfill our promises. No matter what happens, we believe them and stand by them.

TVXQ's U-Know Yunho and YoungWoong Jaejoong have been garnering attention for showing their support for each other at their individual press conferences after the dispute began.

The two people's friendship seemed not to have been disturbed in any way by the legal dispute with agency SM Entertainment. In fact, they both seemed to be trying hard not to accidentally bring harm to the other.

YoungWoong Jaejoong attended the press conference of 'Postman of Heaven' at 4:30 pm at the CGV at Wangship-li in Seoul on the 9th and said, "It was hard for me to decide to show my face at this press conference which is my first official outing since the trial," and "But I wanted to attend the press conference because this production was something I worked hard on a year ago."

He also said, "When I was filming the movie, it was a busy time as activities for the fourth album were going on at the same time. So the members couldn't give me a lot of advice but U-Know Yunho and Choikang Changmin supported me by telling me to work hard," and "I did not give U-Know Yunho advice when he began filming for his drama. I didn't worry about him because he's a friend who works as hard as he can in everything he does," and showed his deep trust and faith in U-Know Yunho.

He also showed his affection by saying, "U-Know Yunho is a friend who hardly ever says 'I'm tired', or 'I'm sick'."

At the press conference for MBC's drama 'Heading to the Ground', U-Know Yunho supported the three members who had a different stance than him by saying "I hope that the TVXQ dispute is ended in a good, reasonable way. There are a lot of bad rumors floating around but please don't believe them."

When more TVXQ-related questions were asked, he carefully said, "I don't know why everyone is thinking of it so negatively. There are a lot of bad rumors going around. I worry that these rumors are only worsening the situation. I hope that nobody believes in these rumors and from my point of view, I hope that everything ends in a good and reasonable manner."

On the other hand, SM Entertainment gave the ultimatum to the three members and said, "TVXQ will make a comeback next spring. Answer our question of your return by the 12th." An answer regarding this was not available from YoungWoong Jaejoong on the day of the press conference.

[TRANS] Heaven's Postman Press Conference Interview

An idol group singer. A joint production between Korea and Japan. Fantasy-romance. The combination of these three elements may make viewers feel unsure about film "Postman to Heaven" at first glance, but it would be too early to make any judgements just yet.

Director Lee Byung-hun, actress Han Hyo-joo and boy band TVXQ member Hero Jaejoong turned up at a press screening on Monday for "Postman", the second of the telecinema projects where a Korean director, Japanese screenwriter and Hallyu stars have gotten together to produce a total of eight films.

In "Postman", Hero plays Jae-joon, the postman from heaven, who delivers letters living people have written to their loved ones in heaven. He comes across Hana, played by Han, who writes a letter full of resentment to the dead man that she used to love, reveals his presence to her, and the two start writing responses to the letters for the saddened people who are left in the real world.

Needless to say, the co-stars of the film are top stars in their respective fields of the entertainment industry and screenwriter Eriko Kitagawa, nicknamed 'the god of love stories' for her various hit dramas including "Long Vacation" and "Sora Kara Furu Ichioku no Hoshi", turns the fairy tale into a fairy tale-like romance. Director Lee backs up the fantasy even further with his beautiful imagery, as he displayed in dramas "Sorry, I Love You" and "Snow Queen";

Below are excerpts from the press conference held after a screening for the film, set for release on November 11, which waited a year for its showing to the world.

Q: We heard that Erika Kitakawa started writing "Postman to Heaven" with Hero in mind. Why do you think that is? And is there anything the writer or director requested for in particular to you Hero?

Director Lee Hyung-min (Lee): Since the telecinemas are a joint project between Korea and Japan, we thought Hero who is widely known as a member of TVXQ, would be good for the part considering the fact the movie would be shown in Japan too. I actually didn't even know who TVXQ was but I now know the names of all the members. (laugh) And during filming, I realized why the screenwriter wanted Hero to play the part. We were in shoot for over a term of four weeks and during that time, Hero would perform in Asia but come to set right after he got off the plane to practice and shoot his scenes. His acting was good although it was his first time and he would have been done a better job if he had been able to just focus on the movie.

Q: Were you able to feel any differences between Korean scripts and one written by a Japanese writer?

Han Hyo-joo (Han): When I first got the script, there were parts I didn't quite understand or lines that didn't make sense to me. There were also parts I wasn't too sure about so in the beginning, I got the original script in Japanese and looked it over alongside the one in Korean and studied both. I ended up just going with how I felt but it was good because it was a different experience.

Hero Jaejoong (Hero): I got the Korean script first which had been translated from Japanese but I didn't really understand it because it was my first time acting and I didn't know how I should analyze it. But director Lee said he wanted to go with the lines that the writer had originally written rather than change them so he helped me to study and practice many of the lines which had difficult nuances.

Lee: These two are good at Japanese but I don't know the language. So when it became difficult for me to catch the emotions the script was trying to display at certain points, we all studied and worked together on those scenes.

Q: There were some slightly corny lines toward the latter half of the movie. How did it feel and did you make any bloopers doing the scenes?

Hero: In the end of the film, there is a scene where we say things such as 'Haven't we met somewhere before?' and I'll respond, "In my dreams?" I felt a bit weird saying that. It would've felt less awkward if I had been able to do it in Japanese. And in my mind, I made a lot of bloopers. (laugh)

Han: I made a lot of bloopers in my mind too. (laugh) So it didn't seem as awkward when I was actually acting out the lines but there are some parts are a bit corny now that I look back on them. (laugh)

Q: Director Lee, the imagery you had shown us so far in your previous works, shone again in "Postman". Is there anything you payed close attention to in particular?

Lee: Japanese people have dealt a lot with the topics such as life and death and love stories between the living and the dead in their movies. But Korean people aren't used to the genre so I had to change some of the script after consulting with the writer. And I because of those parts which may seem awkward to the Korean audience, I felt that it should be more attractive in terms of imagery compared to any other film and got together the best staff in broadcasting, filming and television commercials. I had the TV commercial team work on the filming and lights, the broadcasting team on the editing and producing and the movie staff on the art while paying a lot of attention to mise-en-scene or images. There are parts where the film may seem Japanese but the younger generation these days seem to take in such props, designs and colors quite naturally. I wanted to bring this out as best as I could.

Q: Was there any pressure in having to act with Hero who is a newcomer?

Han: It's true that I was very pressured but it gradually lessened and had completely disappeared by the time we were done shooting. I actually had fun while in shoot because Hero's staff and fans were very considerate towards me. As his acting partner, I would have to say he very quick. His reactions toward my acting was very good and he adjusted pretty quickly so I think he has much potential for the future.

Q: Are you considering to continue to act? And you're currently in a dispute with your agency SM Entertainment over your contract so we are wondering if you plan to continuing to use the name they gave you -- Hero Jaejoong?

Hero: I'm not the one who put the name "Hero Jaejoong" in the poster so I'm not so sure about that part. (laugh) And I can't tell you as of now, whether I'll continue acting or not but I think it would be most right to say, like I have been saying since my debut, that I will try my best if given the opportunity.

Q: What is a new sort of joy you felt while acting, different from going up on stage to give performances like you have been doing so for the past several years?

Hero: They joy I feel on stage performing versus acting are very different but it took me a long time to catch what it was. The director had actually told me many times to think of acting the same as going up on stage to put on a performance. And he took singer Rain as an example, saying he had become a better performer on stage after taking on acting.

Q: What advice did you receive from other members of your group, including U-Know Yunho who recently starred in MBC TV series "No Limit"? Or since you had actually filmed your movie before U-Know went into shoot, had you given him any advice? (the question is soooo yunjae. LMAO)

Hero: They didn't give me any advice. (laugh) We were all extremely busy back when I was filming "Postman" because we were promoting our fourth album. We also had concerts so everyone was exhausted but U-Know and Max Changmin showed a lot of interest in the atmosphere on set and told me to work hard. And U-Know is such a hard-worker that I wasn't in a position to give him advice on acting. He never even tells us when he's having a hard time or he is sick so I just watched how he did, believing he would do well.

Q: Would you like to say a word to your fans who are worried over the legal dispute?

Hero: It was actually hard for me even having to show up publicly during such times. But I thought that I really should attend this screening event. I had a very hard time while we were in shoot for this a year ago but I was also very happy during that time and became very close to the director, actors and staff. I myself had been looking forward to its release for the past year so I am in hard times but I thought that I should turn up to congratulate the film. I know a lot of fans must be worried but I hope this movie can be reassurance to their hearts at least a bit.

[NEWS] TVXQ Hero, “Even though it is a tough period now…”

Currently entwined in a lawsuit and discord with management company over terms in their contract, Dong Bang Shin Ki member Hero JaeJoong said, “This is a time when it will be difficult/tiring to show my face.”

JaeJoong was at the press conference for Telecinema ‘Heaven’s Postman’ on 9th November in Seoul WangSipRi CGV. This is the first time that he is attending an official event 4 months after his lawsuit against SM Ent with fellow TVXQ members Xiah JunSu and Micky YooChun.

He said, “I thought I have to participate in this press conference. This film was filmed a year back with much effort. Even though it may be a tough time now, I told myself ‘Even if for just myself, I should congratulate myself’.”

When asked if he have anything to say to Dong Bang Shin Ki fans, he said, “I know that many fans are worried. I hope that they can get some comfort from this film.”
